The Y&S Way

Come to enjoy it. Leave it as you found it.

Yves & Saints is designed for slowing down, gathering and enjoying the coast. It is not a party house.

We ask that the villas, furnishings and surrounding property be treated with care. Parties, disruptive gatherings and activities that may damage or excessively soil the property are not permitted.

Reservations & Payment

Choose your dates and check live availability. The accommodation total is shown in US dollars alongside the exact amount charged in Ghana cedis (GHS). Dates are temporarily held while you complete secure payment through Paystack. Your reservation is confirmed after payment is verified. An unpaid checkout expires after 15 minutes; availability must be checked again before starting a new checkout. A refundable damage deposit of US$200 per villa or US$400 for the entire Estate is collected separately by POS at check-in. We will confirm the amount in Ghana cedis (GHS) before collection. The deposit is separate from accommodation payment. We will initiate its refund within 7 days after checkout, following inspection, less any documented charges for damage, missing items or cleaning beyond normal turnover. Any deductions will be explained with supporting evidence. Ordinary wear and tear is not charged. The refund will be made in the same GHS amount collected, less any documented deductions.

Cancellation

All accommodation prepayments are non-refundable. The refundable damage deposit is separate and is not subject to this cancellation policy.

Occupancy & Visitors

Each villa accommodates a maximum of 4 registered guests; the full estate accommodates a maximum of 8. Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval from Yves & Saints.

Smoking, Vaping & Shisha

Smoking, vaping and shisha/hookah are not permitted inside the villas, on rooftop terraces, pool decks or furnished areas of the property. Guests who wish to smoke may do so on the beach and are asked to dispose of ash, charcoal and other waste responsibly.

The Property

Please treat the villas, furnishings and outdoor spaces with care. Standing on sofas, tables or other furniture is not permitted. Damage, excessive cleaning, missing items or misuse of the property may result in additional charges.

Noise & Consideration

Yves & Saints is designed for privacy and ease. Please be mindful of noise, particularly when the two villas are occupied by separate groups, and respect the comfort of other guests.

Pool & Water Safety

The private pools include areas of deeper water, reaching approximately 6 ft (1.8 m). Please use the pools responsibly. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times. Diving is not permitted.

I agree to the booking terms and stay policies, including non-refundable accommodation payments and the separate refundable damage deposit.

Dates are held for 15 minutes after you start checkout. Payment must be completed within that window.
